If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.  Boaz Soap Company does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

Please keep in mind, we are a small business. All items are hand crafted. Please allow time for your item to be consciously made, packed with love and carefully dispatched.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on all orders within 15 says of purchase, excluding body washes. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs. If we are liable, we will immediately correct at no cost to you. Please review the return instructions below:

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

1. Please email info@boazsoapcompany.com to initiate a return or exchange and the reason. Please note: you must select all items you wish to return/exchange; additional items not specified will not be processed.

2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in its original packaging (if applicable). Otherwise, pack the item(s) in a well padded envelope or box for protection during shipping.

3. Attach the return label to the front of the package. Mail your return package via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

4. Look out for an email confirmation - we'll let you know when the return is received and processed.
